This is accomplished through a highly secure and operationally simple double master code entry procedure. Typically, when a lockout occurs, the person in charge of the safe system will enter his personal secret code on the EOU’s keypad. Then, a second person will carry the EOU to the room where it will be plugged into the safe and opened after entering his secret code. Alternatively, safes can also be opened with a programmable master code and/or a high security key (optional).
